How to Request a Refund

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email our customer care team at [email protected] with your order details, feedback, and refund request.

Once approved, return your product in its original packaging using a trackable mail service within 30 days of delivery to the address provided by our support team.

Your Reference ID must be written clearly on the outside of your parcel. Please contact [email protected] to receive your Reference ID before sending your return.
- Claim Review
Incomplete, illegible, or incorrect claims will be considered invalid. - Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact [email protected].
Please note: A product must be returned to qualify for a refund, even if it has been fully used.

“International” refers to all orders shipped outside the United States of America.
- All international sales are final and non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only.

- Lost or stolen packages are the customer’s responsibility unless insured shipping was purchased.
- Only damaged items are eligible for a replacement shipment.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at [email protected] if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will review the issue and offer a resolution.
Please note that we are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery or due to customer handling.
Bad Addresses
If an order cannot be processed due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you for correction.
If we do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, your product may be held until we receive updated address information.
Failed Deliveries
Any packages returned to us by the carrier due to customer unavailability or incorrect shipping details may incur additional reshipping fees.
Restrictions
- Orders canceled before fulfillment are eligible for a full refund.
- If an incorrect or defective item is sent due to our error, we will provide and cover the cost of a return shipping label.
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Orders lost by the carrier are not eligible for a refund. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.
- If an item is damaged during transit, Cupids will reship it at no additional cost.
- Orders marked as “Delivered” with valid tracking cannot be refunded if the customer cannot locate the package. Contact the carrier directly for delivery details.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are non-refundable. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect or modify the address mid-transit.
